SCHROTH Racing driver nets were developed according to the FIA standard 8863-2013. The net helps to limit the movements of the upper body in the event of an accident. The overall effectiveness of the safety components (seat, seat belt, roll cage, etc.) is increased as the headrest and shoulder area of the seat are reinforced by the net and thus help to keep the occupant in the seat during an impact. Optimal vision using 13mm wide webbing straps in the front area.
The net, which is tensioned over 5 points (2 x front/top & 3 x rear), offers a high level of flexibility during installation. In particular, the 2-fold/top front supports help with the installation and positioning of the release buckle. This means that the required installation angles and positions can be easier and better achieved.
Tested and checked by SCHROTH Racing and FIA, the efficiency of these driver nets has been proven through laboratory and practical tests. Made from high-quality materials and designed with an opening mechanism to ensure quick release.
