The Hybrid device has the same low profile as all restraints in the Hybrid series but has a taller back to support and stabilize the spinal column. The device offers multiple load paths to dissipate head loads and the design offers excellent maneuverability. The device has no high back to hook on the bars on exit and no bulky straps underneath. All Hybrid devices are supplied with adjustable Sliding tethers. There are two tether options available - Post Anchor (same as HANS posts) or quick release M61. The Hybrid Q/R M61 Post Anchor is supplied with a set of helmet posts which can only be used with 8858-2010 compatible helmets.
