Dzus Fasteners are perfect for any car body panels. Once closed the Dzus clip cannot open unless turned using a screwdriver. The Dzus fastener has a flush head and is made of Zinc plated mild steel. Once the clip is unlocked, the spring will eject the head from the bracket, making it easily visible that it is open.

To calculate the shaft length add together the thicknesses of both panels to be fastened and 0.047in. for the spring clearance, then select the shaft with the closest length.
