Murray Motorsport was established in 1990 by Joe and Ann Murray. Joe won his first Rally in 1972 and is still heavily involved in the sport. Their son Eoin a Director of the company, has raced at semi-professional level in various series across Europe including the BTCC. Younger son Niall is currently one of Ireland's most promising up and coming drivers, he is a multiple UK formula ford champion. Both Eoin and Niall have been awarded scholarship programs with funding from Motorsport Ireland and the Irish sports council.
