CELL SAVER ASSY

The ATL Saver fuel cell range is made from a special strong plastic mix (FIA Homologation No ATL-565). Each one comes with foam inside to prevent fuel splashing and explosions. All ATL Saver Cells are approved by FIA FT3-1999 and come with the right FIA label.

Most saver cells have a 6” x 10” top plate, except for the 20 Litre 4" x 6" version. The top plate has:

1. 2 fuel pickups
2. 1 rollover vent valve
3. 2 1/4” Diameter non-return filler neck (can be changed for quick filling)
4. ATL Viton non-return valve
5. Marked for VDO fuel level sender (sender not included)

The 20 Litre version has a 4” x 6” top plate with:

1. 1 fuel pickup and filter
2. 1 rollover vent
3. 1 2 1/4” Diameter filler neck with safety valve and cap.

ATL saver cells work with carburetor fuel systems. For fuel injection, an extra catch tank/swirlpot is needed.

The table below shows the fuel cell dimensions and also the external dimensions of the associated alloy container (sold separately). Please note that fuel cells can swell 2-4% when subjected to fuel.
