Ascher Wheel Captive Screws

These stainless steel captive screws enable direct mounting of M5-threaded quick release (QR) systems to F28/F64 steering wheels. The 6-piece set requires a 4mm Allen key and is designed to bypass existing threads for secure installation.

Compatibility

• Through-hole M5 threaded QRs (e.g., HRS Xero Play):
  Mounts directly to the wheel's rear side, bypassing QR threads.

• Blind-hole M5 threaded QRs (e.g., NRG, Fanatec Podium Hub):
  Bypasses wheel casing threads using internal installation.

Installation Methods

For Through-Hole QRs (HRS Xero Play):

1. Align QR with F28/F64 mounting points

2. Secure using captive screws through rear side

For Blind-Hole QRs (NRG/Fanatec):

1. Open steering wheel casing

2. Insert screws from inside casing until threads protrude

3. Attach QR by incrementally tightening each screw (½-turn rotations)
