The SKV-R helmet is made only for karting and has been redesigned using the same ideas as the GPV-R. It offers strong protection by helping impacts slide off the helmet more easily. The visor is positioned lower, which makes the top of the helmet smoother and rounder, and it also gives an extra 8mm of visibility so drivers can see more of the track.

Like the GPV-R, it has a new centre visor lock that makes it easy to close and use. Inside, there is an odour-resistant lining with adjustable foam pads on both sides for a better fit. The cheek pads can hold a microphone, and the centre pad can be removed to allow space for hydration systems.

The SKV-R does not support FHR systems, so it is ready to use for karting straight away.

It meets FIA 8878-2024 and Snell K 2025 safety standards.
