The AiM ACC3 Analog CAN Converter is a compact solution designed for managing up to 4 analog inputs with a maximum frequency of 10 kHz each. It supports a wide range of sensor types, including:
Thermocouples
Thermoresistances
0–5 V outputs
0–12 V outputs
Digital Inputs:In addition to analog channels, the ACC3 handles 2 digital speed inputs, each also supporting up to 10 kHz frequency.
Sensor Connections & Split Harnesses:
The ACC3 can be used with a variety of sensors—from thermocouples to sensors outputting up to 12V. Please note thermocouples require dedicated compensated cables. A range of harnesses and kits are available for flexible installation.
Channel Configuration:
Once the appropriate split harness is chosen, channels can be configured for the type of sensor in use. The ACC3 series supports up to four K-type thermocouples to accurately manage temperatures.
System Integration & Analysis:
The ACC3 can connect to Eclipse sensors. All acquired data, such as from AiM linear potentiometers, can be managed with the powerful new Suspension Analysis Tool in RaceStudio 3, enabling advanced performance analysis.
Applications:
Ideal for motorsport or automotive environments where capturing precise temperature or speed data is critical.
Suspension analysis with compatible sensors for professional-level performance tracking.
